CANNONDALE
Birkenhead Cycles has recently been appointed as the authorised Cannondale dealer for Chester and Wirral.
Bikes are ordered but availability is not good, we are trying to get as many models in store as fast as we can.
lCannondale's Philosophy.
We fight to be different... not for the sake of being different but for the sake of being the best. For us, like you, it's the secure click of a cleat meeting its pedal.
* It's the first pedal stroke with anticipation of a long ride churning within.
* Its the first breath inhaled.
* It's the precise moment just before reaching the apex of a long climb, and the exhilaration of conquering it.
* It's the thrill of going down...fast.
* It's finally getting through that technical section and then nailing it every time thereafter.
* It's the "endo", the road rash, the challenge, the thrill.
* It's staring at convention and then disrupting it all to create that unique, spectacular moment in time called your ride.
* It's when you realize that between you and your bike, there is nothing you can not accomplish.
For us at Cannondale, it's building, testing and rebuilding; making it better in the process, never settling for "good enough". It's knowing it, verses guessing it and using the world's greatest athletes to prove it. It's having such high standards and expectations in how we want product to perform that we are relentless in our pursuit.
It's not about superfluous welds or fancy etchings, it's about performance, innovation, superior product. Does it contribute to the ride? Does it do what we want it to do? When we step back and look at our work, the answer is easy... it does, and we feel it everyday, knowing you'll feel it too.
Our Mission.
"Our mission is to create innovative, quality products that inspire cyclists around the world." To succeed in our mission:
* We strive to exceed the expectations of our consumers, retailers and business partners.
* We believe our people drive our success and act accordingly.
* We work together as one global team.
* We act with respect, responsibility and integrity.
* We produce a stream of innovative, quality products.
* We devise flexible manufacturing processes that enable us to deliver those innovative, quality products to the market quickly and then back them with excellent customer service.
* We limit our distribution to the best specialty retailers in the world.
* We stay lean, remain competitive and entrepreneurial.
* We promote from within whenever possible.
* We concentrate on detail, because the last 5% is often the difference between success and failure.
* We continuously improve everything.
* We govern our every deed by what is 'just and right'. |

HARO
"Each year we find ourselves talking about how for years the very best riders have relied upon the best products available. How our Pro's don't just know BMX, the are BMX. And while every bit of this is true, we decided to give it a rest and not dwell on it. We would like to add though...
...that you are going to see a lot of exciting new and familiar faces riding for Haro this year from all corners of the earth and we are extremely excited about that. None more familiar though than Ryan Nyquist. The Freestyle team veteran will be celebrating his 10th year riding for Haro. 10 amazing years!!!
While we use the pros to help us design great bikes, we haven't forgotten who we make the bikes for, and that's you...Each with your own individual riding style and bike set up preferences. Don't like to run a rotor? Take it off...and if you're riding the new Forum Pro or Counterpart you can remove the bolt on the rotor tabs as well. Some like to run 1 set of pegs, some 2, others none at all. Some ride trails, some ride street, most ride all. That's the cool thing about the new line up; you choose what you want and where you want to ride it. Pick a bike because of its size, color, or personality and not because you think it's geared toward street, park, or trails. You don't need that kind of structure in your life and neither do we.
We've put a lot of heart and soul into building bikes. The same kind of heart and soul Bob Haro invested nearly 30 years ago when he founded the company and invented the sport you're enjoying today. Not much has changed since then, we still build 'em because they're fun to ride. We think Bob would be proud of that. We hope you will be too." |

From BMX bikes to mountain bikes to jump and trail bikes and more, every Mongoose is tough, fast and fun to ride. This ain't our first rodeo. Come see what more than 30 years of building performance bikes can do to your ride.

RIDGEBACK
Ever since they introduced the first mountain bike into the UK back in 1983, Ridgeback has been at the forefront of contemporary bicycle design with best selling bikes in every category.
1990 saw the launch of the Ridgeback Roxy, an early forerunner of today's Rapide series - the benchmark by which all other commuter bikes are measured.
Ridgeback's Urban series became another trend setter. In 1998 these slick tyred, street mountain bikes were fun to ride and provided a serious alternative to traditional commuting bikes. They continue today as the Switch series. In 2001 they created Genesis - an entirely new genre of ultra fast commuter sports bikes that really set the market on fire.
More recently in 2006 they launched Dual Track. A robust all rounder with 29" wheels that can cruise confidently over difficult terrain it also makes a versatile urban commuter.
2007 - Since the introduction of the first Ridgeback 25 years ago, the influence of American brands has tended to eclipse that of home grown machines. However in terms of today's bikes and riding style it's clear that 'UK' design is back in a big way.
