The Viking cycle company was formed in 1908 by alfred Davies who started mending bicycles to earn some extra money, after his boss forced him to quit if he wanted to carry on doig the cycle work the bikes went full time and by the 1930s they had turned to manufacturing and post world war 2 they grew to producing 20,000 cycles a year!
